RFP - On-Call Development Plan Check Services

The City of Napa (“City”) is seeking the assistance from qualified parties to provide professional engineering on-call consultant services specializing in private development review and engineering plan check services for the City’s Public Works Department Development Engineering Division (“DED”). Due to the need for such support services, the City is requesting proposals from qualified firms with the intent of selecting up to three (3) firms to perform professional services on an “on-call” basis. The contract with each selected firm (“Consultant”) shall cover a three-year period for a not-to-exceed amount of $500,000.
